So, after three days of back and forth....we finally made a decision on the stain for our cabinets...Pecan. We looked at two different houses with the same stain on Wednesday, July 13th and were still undecided about the pecan colored stain-mainly, because the cabinets in the two houses looked nothing alike. But after debating back and forth, we finally decided on pecan. The painters put the first coat of stain on today.
We think we like it so far. The painter told us that the stain will get lighter as they apply more coats of something...maybe polyurethane.
